About our Company

Our Geopolymer Concrete cures faster than ordinary Portland concrete – 5 days vs. 28 days, respectively, leading to significant construction cost savings. For a typical commercial project such as a 10-story condo-hotel in Orlando, FL, a $68.6M project, accelerated curing leads to estimated savings of $11.9M, calculated only on the basis of reduced labor costs and construction loan interest.

Our proprietary Geopolymers are synthesized from inexpensive low-quality industrial by-product materials such as fly ash, blast furnace slag, silica fume, etc. The actual choice of source materials depends on factors such as availability, cost, and specific demand end user demand. In addition, the Geopolymer Concrete is lightweight. These conditions lead to material costs savings as high as 45-50% comparing to ordinary Portland concrete, depending on local market conditions.

Iveron Materials’ mission is to be a leader in the construction materials industry by introducing and commercializing cost-effective, superior performance, patented “green” cement and concrete products.

Superior Performance. Our product has superior mechanical, physical, and chemical properties, such as higher strength, reduced weight, acid and sulfite resistance, seawater corrosion resistance.

Fire Resistance. Unlike Portland-based concrete, the Geopolymer Concrete shows stability at temperatures in excess of 1000 Co, and does not spall with explosive force. Due to its heat resistance properties, the Geopolymer can replace flammable organic binders used in composite materials or sandwiched panels, expanding its applications to aircraft interiors, ship interiors, floors, walls, board to just mention a few.

Environmentally Friendly. The manufacturing of Portland cement accounts for 10% of the world’s industrial Carbon Dioxide emission. The manufacturing of Geopolymer Cement generates 6 times less Carbon Dioxide than the manufacturing of Portland cement. Additionally, our proprietary Geopolymers make use of industrial waste (fly ash, furnace slag) that would otherwise be landfill.
